Booking Lifecycle Management

The Booking Lifecycle Management (BLM) module is the core of TQPro. It enables travel agents to create and manage bookings for customers across all service types -- hotels, flights, transfers, activities, cruises, visas, and more.

What You Can Do

  • Create bookings manually or from search results via the shopping cart
  • Track bookings through a complete lifecycle from enquiry to completion
  • Manage service lines, passengers, payments, and documents
  • Generate travel vouchers and send them to customers
  • Work with automated action checklists to ensure nothing is missed
  • Sell seats on outbound group departures
  • Monitor system health via the admin maintenance dashboard
