Booking Lifecycle Integration¶
Visa services can be included in bookings as service lines for integrated pricing and payment tracking.
Visa Service Lines in Bookings¶
When visa processing is part of a travel package, it appears as a VISA service line:

Adding Visa to a Booking¶
- Navigate to the booking detail page
- Click Add Service Line
- Select service type VISA
- Enter destination, visa type, processing fee, and customer price
- The visa service line tracks the application status alongside other booking services
This allows agents to see the complete booking picture — flights, hotels, activities, and visa processing — in one place with aggregated pricing and payment tracking.
